The Olive is a 100 year old duplex has been thoughtfully renovated with a mid century modern design. The property is minutes from Uptown 23rd District and Paseo District, full of some of the best restaurants, bars and coffee shops in OKC.

The residence has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the living room has a queen sized sofa bed. **Memory foam mattresses on both beds**

Equipped with brand new appliances, including a washer/dryer and all of the kitchen necessities you could possibly need.

Guests will have access to the entire Airbnb unit. The other duplex unit is a long-term rental with friendly tenants.

A wide shared driveway with the duplex tenants, Airbnb guest parking on the right side, with additional parking available on the street in front of the property.

The wall dividing the two duplexes is a thick concrete wall.

Feel free to message with any questions - whether you need help with your stay or advice on where to eat or what to do in the area.

Absolutely no form of smoking/vaping inside or through an open door/window.

Please keep pets off of the furniture.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am - no loud music during these times.

No guests outside of those on the booking without host approval.

Great rental for quick trips
This duplex was great for an overnight stay. The neighborhood is alright but not walkable with dogs. The host was very helpful and communicative.

Nice place for weekend get away
Clean and neat little duplex in OKC. Great for a weekend getaway. I wouldn’t take kids here but great for you and your significant other. Would stay here again.

The stay at the Olive was perfect. The house was clean, the location worked out great it was close to restaurants and bars and the host was very quick to communicate. It was everything we needed for our stop through Oklahoma City. We will definitely be back when we travel through again.

Beds were very comfortable. kitchen fully equipped. lots of towels and extra linens. host responded to our questions within 5 minutes each time! nice quiet neighborhood. would definitely recommend staying at the Olive!!! 5 stars all around!

Nice place to stay
Location is great. Centrally located to most things. It was a very nice and quiet location. Though it was an individual home. It is a duplex. Not a bad thing just caught me by surprise. Very welcoming and friendly hosts.
