Plumbing issues
The house smelled wonderful when you open the door and house is as shown. What they don’t tell you is there are slab leaks that caused 2 of the bedrooms to have wet carpet, a washing machine that drips even when unplugged, and only one TV at the property. I rent VRBO instead of hotels so I don’t live out of a suitcase. This property requires you to live out of a suitcase because there are no closets or dressers in the bedrooms. The house was well stocked with essentials and very clean except the kitchen walls.
