The front desk guy was lacking any measure of customer service skills…The room and amenities was a dump…The back lot where my room was overrun by homeless addicts and alcoholics….

The place os a dump…Toilet flush handle broken…flies everywhere…Room looked like where you would hide out with a crack date and smoke crack all night…The check-in clerk had zero customer service skills…I regret using hotels com app…Made an error on check in date and has to resubmit a 2nd payment and they refused to give me a refund on errant reservation…just a shady operation…Pass on this hotel….TY Hotel.com

Terrible. Junkies everywhere. People screaming. Burn holes in the bedding. Non smoking room smells like an ashtray. laundry mat is in the hotel nextdoor. It feels like you're going to wake up to all your belongings in your car missing. I do not recommend this spot. It's trash.

To include my wife and i could barely het anywhere due to individuals loitering in the stairwell and blocking the stairs for customers.
