The staff and air was great, appreciated free coffee all morning too. Toilet wasnt working, fixed almost right away. Wifi was down, back up next day. Shower door was off but usable. Phone beeped on its own constantly until unplugged. Pool is shallow and shower in it does not work. Overall I found my room very cozy and well stocked, just getting on in age.

The hotel smelt like there was a gas leak. It was clean enough, but the restaurant/bar was closed. The room itself smelt musty. There is limited and no hand towels or washcloths.

We couldn’t understand the lady that checked us in very well. As of today (the day we left) the hotel has charged us $25 and $75 for what, I don’t know. The $25 might be the amount they “hold” for incidentals, but what is the $75 for? We only slept & showered in our room & used nothing else of theirs. Both amounts better be replenished. There was no bar and grill; The Edge they called it. All we saw was a sitting area beside the front desk and a makeshift “bar”. We never saw that space open like you would a Bar and Grill. At least there were plenty of places to go to for dinner around the hotel. The pillows were down, which laid flat when you used them. There were 2 for each of us, but didn’t really help. Now we know why we saw several people carrying their own pillows.

We checked in at 5pm and had maintenance issues which front desk would be fixed. After returning from the retirement party it had not beed fixed They did move us to another riom but it was midnight we were tired.

Restaurant and bar times were wrong, room was so so, was not cleaned and inspected properly,(I.e. ketchup packet on refrigerator). If you offer a menu for breakfast especially if you’re charging for it, you need to have th full menu available. Happened both for dinner and breakfast .

Hotel was fine, disappointed with housekeeping
Everything was fine while staying at the hotel, however, we left a team jersey hanging in one of the closets when we left for home. We called the hotel and they said they would check with house keeping to see if was placed in the "lost and found"and to call back first thing in the morning. When we called back they said it wasn't found, which is such a bummer, when we know EXACTLY where we left it. I know if I had found it, I would have made an effort to return it to the owner (they have our contact information with our reservation). Disappointed they didn't do the right thing. I almost forgot that on the first night of our stay, there were several truck windows broken out in the parking lot, thankfully our car wasn't targeted.

For the price of the hotel breakfast should have been free , it was sub par and $10 a person . The power went out 3 times in one evening . The room wasnt bad but in my 5 night stay they didnt changed the sheets . Also the smoking area could use a bench , there are just 2 ash treys by the front door , a smoking area with a bench would have been nice .
