The Lodge OKC is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood where families, retirees and remote workers live. The occasional emergency vehicles, overhead helicopters and airplanes are a great reminder about the close proximity to Will Rogers Airport, Wiley Post Airport and INTEGRIS Hospital!

Hungry? You'll be within 15 minutes to OKC's best restaurants (we'll send you our Top 10 Favs after booking!).
Need to shop? Numerous shopping centers are nearby, such as Penn Square Mall, Classen Curve, and big box stores along NW Expressway.

OKC is improving walkability & transit around town. This area has a walk score of 63 and a bike score of 59. Having a vehicle makes it easier to get around town.

Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. You can access the backyard through the game room!

There is no garage parking. Up to four compact cars may park in the double driveway.

To complete your booking, you must sign our Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. The link will be sent after booking. With self check-in, your unique door code will be active during your reservation.

Need an early check-in or late check-out? We offer this extra service for a small fee; please inquire after booking. A full linen package (bedding, bath towels, wash clothes, etc.) and a supply starter kit are provided. You may need to replenish supplies during your stay.

When you make the booking, Truvi will send you an SMS/text message complete the ID Verification.

We get it! Accidents happen when you're traveling! That's why each booking includes up to $50,000 in damage protection. Pet damage is excluded. Say goodbye to awkward conversations after check-out! (This is in lieu of any security deposit.)

Your booking confirmation will also include a link to the Rental Agreement. The primary renter must agree to abide and follow these terms and conditions during the entire stay (& share these terms and conditions with all other guests).

*Your booking is NOT confirmed until the ID Verification and Rental Agreement requirements have been fulfilled. These steps need to completed within 24 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and free up those dates for other guests.

Hey, Fido! We know you want explore the new smells around OKC with your owner. And it can be scary to be left alone in a new house by yourself. Remind your owners to pack your dog crate with them. Or tell them they can rent one from us while they're here (for a as little as $15/day).

All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Follow the House Rules
✔️ Not exceed the Occupancy Limit
✔️ Adhere to Quiet Hours
✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor located in main living room, and Ring video doorbell.

*The Ring is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.

The home is treated for pests quarterly. During the spring/summer, the lawn is mowed on Thursdays, weather permitting.
