Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable A bit upset because free breakfast was advertised but found out that they no longer serve breakfast and had to spend money on the extra expenses

The first 2 nights I was woken at 7am to roofers replacing the roof. I woman was attacked 2 doors down from my room and the front window was broken out. No security and the area and premises where inhabited by people living on the streets and panhandling. Fights and noises all night long. Each night was a new challenge and chaos. Will not come back! Or recomment.

I have a pet dog, pets are welcome to stay!! I was charged for having a pet, I pre booked a king size nonsmoking room!! I was given a double queen bedroom because of having a pet with me????? The fridge didn’t work either and the bed spread had cigarette holes in it, the room smells like smoke!!!
