● Parking: A designated parking spot is available on the right side of the front driveway, with the number 122 marked on the ground. Additional vehicles should be parked on the street.
● Backyard: Unfortunately, the backyard is not available for use. However, there are several parks nearby where you can take a walk or walk your dog.
● Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a mini-split and comes with a remote. Please refrain from setting the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as it may lead to frozen pipes and malfunction (refer to the instructions in the house manual).
● Laundry: Laundry facilities are not available.
● Noise Potential: Kindly be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. As there are other units on the property, noise disturbance is possible.
