● Backyard: The backyard is not fully fenced and will be shared with other units.
● Climate Control: The unit has a mini-split with the remote. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as the pipes may freeze and stop working.
● Laundry: Not available.
● Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have another unit on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
