Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a mini-split and comes with a remote. Please avoid setting the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter to prevent frozen pipes and potential malfunctions.

Noise Potential: Please be considerate and lower your volume after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
