"So what I wish is that the text I sent about lowering the air-conditioning would have been replied to. It would’ve been a little comforting that’s all. Everything was clean and nice. The only thing I would definitely change would be the toilet height. I have a very bad knee and getting up and down from there is tough. There are many people out there. "VRBO customer service is awful, could not help me out when I mistyped my email when booking therefore I never received the booking confirmation nor received checkin process. They could not come up with another way to validate who I was. Thankfully I was finally able to connect with the host. Will think twice before booking again with vrbo. As for the property, it had termites running around everywhere inside. On a positive not, the place was quaint, fairly clean and conveniently located."
