"From check in to check out the staff, room, and amenities were top notch, as you would expect from the Japanese service industry. For those that are looking to stay here but don't speak the local language, there didn't appear to be English speaking staff on hand. But it is Okazaki. Not really a tourist destination. The 10am checkout time was way early for my needs, but they do give extensions for a fee. If I were to ever find myself in Okazaki and staying near the JR line (as opposed to...

"宿泊予約の画面の写真と実際に確保されていた部屋が全く違う。改修された綺麗な部屋のみの掲載で、部屋指定ではないプランだが、誇大にみせようとする姿勢が好きではない。実際に宿泊し部屋の写真も載せるべきだ。いくつか部屋があるが、プラン内の画像は全て同じ雰囲気の改修済みの部屋ばかり。部屋は選べないが同じ雰囲気の部屋の画像ばかりで、予約する立場から見ると、ホテル全体の雰囲気がそのような感じの部屋だと間違いなく思う。実際に訪れてからガッカリした。画像を載せるのなら、それと同じ雰囲気の部屋を用意するべきだ。"
