"Harrington court was a horrible place. Upon arriving, after traveling to Nigeria for 2 days, the place wasn’t ready. They didn’t know who I was nor prepared the place. After the first night, so many problems arose . The a/c leaked all over the floor causing huge puddles, I almost fell in the water . The a/c in front room stopped working, toilet leaked water in one of the rooms, the water shut off twice during my stay . It took all day to get the water back on, causing unsanitary conditions . "Nice property. Marketed as Banana Island ' but actually on Banana Island Road in Ikoyi Complimentary breakfast delayed till midday everyday! Not fair . Most time we will have had to buy food Food quality just moderate -good packaging though! We had to leave the breakfast on the last day , despite knowing the check out was 11am , there was no breakfast till we checked out at 1130 am The only consolation are the nice staff -Emmanuel , Victor , Tinuola and Sola They can do much better ."

"Property is as advertised and the host is excellent. Sunday provided some cool places to check out and the onsite security helped with arranging ubers and finding local eateries and shops. The flat was very clean and in walking distance to almost everything you would want. I would absolutely stay again. 5 star host."

"If you are one of the people that get the opportunity to lodge at this place, count yourself lucky. This place is beautiful, very spacious, secure and comfortable. The maintenance man, Juwon, is as hospitable as you can get in Lagos. The proprietor, Precious Eze, is a gem. I have nothing but great remarks to give."
