"After seeing the poor reviews we were very worried about our stay. It was much better than expected, the staff were very friendly and it was clean enough. The onsens were great and facilities ok, breakfast was great.. location great.. Property could clearly do with some money spent on it but this didn’t spoil our stay.."

"WOW! This place was so relaxing and the service was top notch. Maria showed us around the complex including access to a footbath and a beautiful, onsen that is available for anyone staying at Kaede to use - you just turn on a light indicating it is in use and others wont bother you.
