"All the staff were very friendly and helpful The manager/restaurant manager was brilliant and gave us ideas for trips. Hotel is tired which was reflected in the price but we were upgraded to breakfast, lunch and dinner which was fantastic as the food was brilliant. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 4 night stay but this wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend any time in the room although AC would have been good. The area is stunning and the people are great so overall a brilliant experience "

"The location is amazing, very peaceful, surrounding villages are stunning, overall a great location. The hotel, though, was quite old and run down. We booked as thought to be family and child friendly but it seems more targeted for senior visitors. The swimming pool was a good surprise, nice and big, perfect for the hot weather. The main problem was lack of air conditioning, it was a very hot day/night, making it impossible to sleep with the heat. "

"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. "We stayed 6 nights while touring San Sebastián and did some day trips to Bilbao, Biarritz and Bayonne. We enjoyed the 35 minute walk into the old town passing by the seaside. The hotel was the perfect place for us after a long day of exploring San Sebastián. Facilities were exactly what we needed. We will be back. "
