I have not experienced this level of customer service in years at hotels. The room was very clean and cozy. The entire hotel was clean and cutely decorated for christmas. "Overall great hotel. The room was the cleanest I've seen in a while. The pool was hotter than the hot tub - like the hottest bathwater you can stand kind of hot. Kids were not able to play for more than a few minutes before having to get out of the water to cool off outside. I'm assuming the hotel heats the pool like this during cold weather only. The cost of the breakfast buffet was high, so we walked to the Pybus Market and ate breakfast there for less."
