Wonderful place for a family Christmas celebration!
We had a lovely stay in Ogunquit. The house was perfect for our needs: big enough and very comfortable, super clean, safe for my toddler granddaughter, well appointed with lots of amenities, close to a walkable downtown and the ocean. Our host was responsive to all of our needs and always available to answer our questions.We would certainly recommend!

Beautiful cottage with an easy walk to beach
It was a beautiful cottage with an easy 20 minute walk to the beach, along with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Right next door to an omelette restaurant. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed.

Fabulous location and property
We had a great experience during our stay in Ogunquit. The stay is walkable to town and the beach. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the Omlette Factory (attached restaurant but no shared space to the rental)- maybe next time! Would definitely return.

Great house in a good location
Michael made staying at the house very easy and enjoyable. It’s a short walk to the center of town and accessible to the main beach. The house is very clean and the communication with Michael is very easy. Looking forward to renting this house in the future!

An amazing vacation, the house was better than we could have imagined, spotless, so well equipped and the location was so perfect, because of the location it allowed all the ages in our party to independently enjoy everything Ogunquit had to offer. We had an excellent stay at this house. The communication with the host was stellar (including email responses on July 4th). Mike was kind, understanding and welcoming. There were lots of “extras” that made our stay even more enjoyable like beach chairs, a stash of board games, paper towels, extra batteries, etc. We will definitely come again!

Great location and host
We had a great time in this property! We couldn't have asked for a better location, just close enough to the downtown area to be able to walk if we wanted, and with a trolley stop right across the street if we didn't feel like walking (it was hot, we we trolleyed!). The property owner was super responsive and courteous when we had questions. We even met him in the driveway when he was there working with the business next door. Our toddler also enjoyed the games, particularly Candy Land!

Excellent Location! Great stay! Spacious Rental!
We had a great experience in this VRBO Rental! The owner met us on the first day, introduced himself and got us hooked on Egg-cellent breakfast omelettes next door at his Omelette Factory restaurant. The property was very clean, well stocked with Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom essentials. Owner was very pleasant and answered any questions we had immediately. There was plenty of attractions and food nearby. Short walks to the beach which kept our Granddaughters and everyone else occupied. There was more than enough room for the 6 adults and 2 kids who stayed with us. I would definitely recommend this property and owner to everyone looking to get away to the Coast of Maine.

Perfect location, amazing house!
We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s. The location is perfect- about 15 min walk to Ogunquit Beach, 10 min to downtown, and 15 min to Footbridge Beach. It’s busy on the road but there’s a sidewalk and you can’t hear too much road noise in the house. Having the Omelette Favtory next door was great, and we never heard any restaurant commotion at all. House is very big and could accommodate many, even though it was just three of us. Everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had one issue that Mike addressed immediately even though it was a Saturday night. We will definitely be returning and would love to stay at Mike’s place again!!

Everything we were hoping for
We have been coming to Ogunquit for over 25 years. As the children grew we wanted a space where we could all be together for meals and relaxing, something you can’t do as a big family at a hotel. This was the perfect place to be as a family with adults and young adults now. We can be together and enjoy all our favorite activities, and we’re within walking distance of the village and beach so no need to use our car. Mike was a very responsive and gracious host. The home was very spacious, which comes in handy when you have 8 grown adults in one space. Everything was just a blessing for us and our vacation time. Our plans to come again are in the works 👍

Egg-cellent stay!
We very much enjoyed our time at this home. We were a party of eight, including four kids ranging from 5 to 13 yo, parents and a grandma. The house is incredibly convenient to both downtown Ogunquit and the beach and we often walked to grab a morning coffee or fresh croissant, to do some souvenir shopping, and to dine in one of the delicious Ogunquit restaurants. It was even close enough to walk to the beach, carrying all the buckets, towels and sand toys we could carry. The house is very nicely appointed; it had classy beach house decor, comfortable beds and it was very sound proof. At the time of booking we were a little nervous we would hear the patrons of the attached Omelette Factory or the cars on Main Street, but upon arrival we realized we heard almost nothing. It was very peaceful inside the house and so convenient to be living steps away from super yummy blueberry muffins and delicious egg dishes!Mike was a fantastic owner; very personabale and super easy to deal with, quickly responding to any questions we had leading up to the stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.

Our stay at the house was wonderful. Very spacious and clean home with plenty of space for 4 Adults and 2 Kids to spread out. The house is well stocked with dishes to cook at home if you wish and is walking distance to everything that you need in town. (restaurants, shops and beach) A few things to note as a renter. The house is attached to a busy breakfast restaurant and there are people and cars coming on property early in the morning. The house is located on Main Street which is a prime location but the front facing rooms do hear a lot of road traffic all day and night. The master upstairs needs a new bed, it is very worn. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a list of exactly what is in the house as we packed a lot that we didn't need to and for travelers coming from out of town, it's useful to know. The owner was very helpful and communicative. Thank you for a memorable stay.
