"Best price in this area. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it and it was ‘sanitized’ but it still smelled a little stale. But it was okay for the one night. The breakfast consists of bread, muffins, or pancakes in sandwich bags that you can toast or microwave. Yogurt, cereal, etc. Coffee in the lobby was great. I would stay again if my travels take me there. "

"We were just in town for the night for a concert. The hotel is clean and the bed isn’t bad. The pillows are awful, small and soft. The room temp was ok. Water pressure was really terrible and it took awhile for the water to warm up. It was Mom’s weekend at the university here so it cost $300 for the room. It was definitely not worth that but it was cheaper than most other places. It served the purpose. "

"It was cheap and the bed was comfortable. The shower and sink were also nice and seemed to be updated. The doors, both bathroom and main, had issues closing which was slightly annoying. Breakfast was very limited and the food was stale. Staff was very friendly. Good experience for the cheap price overall. Met expectations. "

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."

"The place was very new, clean, awesome pastry company in lobby. Tons of places to eat around the area. Thr room we got was extremely noise all night with cars noises, honking, ambulance noises with our room facing the main road. The worse thing was I sat at the front desk for 20 mins waiting to get checked in and a key. There was a sign that said be right back, but no one came. After 30 mins of waiting and trying to call the phone number in reservation and no answer. I found a very nice...

"We rented this little house for our family because our son was playing in the Middle school basketball tournament at U of I. The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room. The owner allowed us a late check-out, which was very nice since my son's last game wasn't until 2 p.m. on the day of checkout."
