Your family will be close to the mountains, food, and activities when you stay at our newly renovated home. Located near the mouth of the Ogden Canyon, you will be 20 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort and 10 minutes from Downtown Ogden. You’ll have views of the Wasatch Range from the large living room window, plus beautiful views from the fully fenced backyard.
This family-friendly brick rambler is located in a safe neighborhood near the mountainside. We are just 2 blocks away from the nearest Bonneville Shoreline Trailhead, and a few minutes by bike or car to a climbing crag and bike park at the 9th Street Trailhead.
You can access the backyard via the carport gate which is just a few steps away from the exterior door. There's no door directly from the house to the fenced yard.
Four bedrooms include a primary suite with a king bed (orange accents and attached bathroom), two bedrooms that feature queen beds (gray bedding with either blue or yellow accents), and a bunk room with 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has a desk that is perfect for anyone needing to work remotely. The living room has a TV with access to Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN.
Please select the accurate number of guests and pets that will be staying, as prices may vary based on the number of guests and pets.

Your health and safety is important to us, which is why we've licensed our home through the city of Ogden (GBL003910-08-2022). Ours is one of only about 20 appropriately licensed units in the city.
We are committed to sustainability. We use Blueland refillable hand soap, we refill our provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as our dish soap with Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals. We use natural and eco friendly laundry and dishwasher pods, practice recycling, have a smart thermostat, and LED lights throughout the house.

DAY TO DAY
Climate
If you want to adjust the temperature, you will find the thermostat in the hallway.
Laundry
Feel free to use the laundry room. Leave the washer door open after use. Upon checkout, please take the sheets off the beds you use, but don’t start laundry for us - we appreciate the thought, but can’t always get to it right away. Also please use black washcloths to remove makeup.
Kitchen
Feel free to help yourself to the basic kitchen/cooking supplies, including the pancake mix and hot drinks. You may leave food for future guests if it is in good condition (aka food you would want to eat if you came across it). Please wash your dishes by hand or load and run the dishwasher before leaving.
Recycling
Unfortunately, it’s only possible to recycle the following clean items:
flat cardboard
paper
tin cans
#1 or #2 plastic
Plastic: Marked with a recycling triangle symbol on the base or bottom with 1 or 2 ONLY. Must be rinsed. No Plastic Bags or To-Go Containers.
If you have plastic grocery bags to recycle, please put them in the respective bin in the carport as well. We take these to Smith’s where they recycle them. Please feel free to use the reusable grocery bags hanging in the laundry room.
Paper + Cardboard: Free of stains, flattened. No paper towels.
Aluminum + Steel: Like soda or soup cans. Rinsed.
NO GLASS: If you have glass recycling, clean them out and put them in the bin in the carport. We will take them to a specialized recycling center. Please do not make us fish glass out of the other recycling.
Entertainment
The only TV in house is in the living room with a Disney+/Hulu/ESPN bundle account for your use. There’s no live TV. You may also sign into your iTunes, HBOGo, etc. via the Apple TV. Just don’t purchase something on our or someone else’s account.

PHOTOGRAPHY
You may notice some of the beautiful photography throughout our home. These photos have been taken by a local Ski/Bike patroller, Colby Atkinson. Most of his aerial shots have been taken from a helicopter.
If you’re interested in purchasing any of the framed photography from our home, or any digital prints from Colby, let us know and we can help package them up and ship them for you.
