The door to our unit was unknowingly unlocked, and when I punched in the code, it locked, and would not re-open. The owner (thankfully) answered the phone & was able to to get us in by providing a lockbox code. I have never left a poor review, but this place was NOT clean. The floor was filthy. The living room was unusable because one sofa looked like it was from a frat house & the other one smelled like it was from a frat house. One comforter had a questionable stain on it. The shower had someone else's hair in it, and the bathroom floor had mud on it which I didn't realize until I was stepping out of the shower (wet). There were no wash cloths in the bathroom. I did however find some in the shared laundry room where both machines were full with rugs & bedding. I was able to do my own laundry only after waiting a day & then going ahead and finishing the job of the property manager. I paid a cleaning fee, but used my own time to clean up after the person before me. The location is conveniently close to down town, but the neighborhood is sketchy. A homeless couple dined out front & left their garbage. And one morning we woke up to a homeless persons cart of belongings in the "garage", which is not really a garage, but more of a partial remnant of roofless, windowless structure. There were numerous bugs, on the floor & also in one of the beds, as well as a very healthy spider with quite a web in the hallway. I do not recommend.
