Beautiful 65 sqm apartment

Welcome to the home Waibel!
The beautiful 65 square meters apartment is located in a lovely quiet location in the district Westerhofen (between Sonthofen and Ofterschwang).
Popular with our guests is the sunny, sheltered south-facing balcony and views of the Allgäu mountains.
The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, living room with flat screen TV, dining kitchen (cozy dining area, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob), bathroom (shower, bath tub, two sinks) and separate toilet. In the apartment you can use high-speed Internet / WiFi access. If arriving by car is a lockable single garage.
On site there is a bakery and a restaurant. In 10 minutes you reach a beautiful lake or use the scale hiking and biking trails. The variety of activities available close vicinity to leave little to be desired (eg. As Lifts, mountaineering, swimming pool, summer toboggan runs, climbing walls, tennis, golf, horseback riding, rafting ...).

A well-equipped and spacious home with everything you need.
This property had everything we needed plus books and games. The balcony provided a nice view of the mountainous country side. The house is worth going a few miles off the main roads, it is bright and clean and well-looked after. We would happily stay there again. It has no laundry facilities but a 5 minute drive into the nearest town will solve that problem if laundry needs to be done. One piece of advice: contact the host for accurate directions as there don't seem to be any street names in Westerhofen and the house numbers follow no apparent order and the GPS leads you to where it thinks the house should be and not where it is in reality.

Toller Kurzurlaub in herrlicher Landschaft
Leider war die Woche Urlaub zu schnell vorbei. Die wunderschöne Landschaft gibt so viel her. Bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen waren wir jeden Tag auf Besichtigungstour. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist gut aufgeteilt. Einziges Manko sind die beiden Sofa`s im Wohnzimmer, die sind schon ein wenig durchgesessen. Alles im Allen war es ein toller Kurzurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wegen sehr durchwachsenem Wetter haben wir uns mehr als üblich in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Und die war extrem sauber, gepflegt und mit wirklich allem was man zum wohnen braucht. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Gastgeber!

Sehr schöner Wanderurlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung
Wie schon in den letzten beiden Jahren haben wir den Aufenthalt in Ofterschwang und in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die gemütliche Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wird immer wieder modernisiert. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir haben unseren 6-tägigen Skiurlaub in der Wohnung, die am Rand einer ruhigen Wohngegend liegt, mit 4 Erwachsenen verbracht. Sie bietet viel Platz, war sehr sauber und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt eine eigene Garage mit überdachtem Stellplatz davor. So war auch das Verstauen der Skiausrüstung problemlos möglich. Manche Teile der Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Das Appartement hat voll und ganz allen unsere Wünschen entsprochen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und für alle Fragen und Wünsche offen. Das Wetter war einfach nur super (29 Grad die ganze Woche) und nach jeder Wanderung lud der in der Nähe gelegene See immer wieder zum Entspannen und baden ein. Soooo schön, dass man wiederkommen muss!!

Schöne Wohnung in bester Umgebung
In der Wohnung gab es alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Garage für das Auto. Es war alles so leicht, wie abgesprochen. Ausflüge direkt von der Wohnung aus durchgeführt, super Bäcker in 5 min zu Fuß, Aldi 6min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Super Urlaubsziel
Reibungsloser Check-In in einer schönen Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Natur aus jedem Fenster. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in Sonthofen und kann dort Einkäufe aller Art tätigen, gleichzeitig kann man von der Wohnung aus zu schönen Wander-und Radtouren aufbrechen.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung
Wir waren gut eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung und sie war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Mieter unter uns waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rodeln konnten wir direkt vor der Haustüre. Es war eher wie, bei Freunden übernachten. Wunderschön und gerne wieder!
