"I had a WONDERFUL stay. I was attending the LIDO SOUNDS festival in Linz, and was having trouble getting a taxi. The owner's family helped me get one - they invited me to sit down with them, offered me something to drink while i waited (it was a VERY hot day). Thank you SO much for that generosity and hospitality."

"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "Room ok but crazy fikthy construction right next to the hotel and housekeeping that comes into your room without your permission! They did this 2x in 2 days to me. Also: hotel is completely unresponsive. "
