Great service but room starting to look tired
"Staff brilliant and jasmine on the bar was really nice she really did far and beyond with our drinks. The room was very tired with stains on the wall looked like drinking chocolate and carpets could do with a deep clean but room was ok for an overnight stay. "Hotel is lovely, and service is first class, however it really could do with new windows, current ones are not double glazed, we were at the front near to the entrance so we had a lot of noise from people smoking and taxis dropping people off. Windows look very shabby too"
