"Francesco the Villa owner made us very welcome on arrival and communication prior and during the stay was excellent. The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. Some of the villa had been refurbished and the two bathrooms with showers finished to a high standard. "First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. Fabulous base to come back to after a day sight seeing with a dip in the pool and relax in the beautiful gardens with a glass of Prosecco and the Circada evening chorus. Just perfect."

"Wir haben es sehr genossen. Badezimmer sind es nur 3 und ein WC, wobei ein Badezimmer im Keller nur durch ein Schlafzimmer zugänglich ist. Beide Schlafzimmer im Keller sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten sehr schönes Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Lago."

"We have been 10 persons in different ages staying in this beautiful, well maintained and well equipped house for a week. Despite different needs and wishes we are all very pleased when the house is spacious both inside-outside so there can be play and peace and quiet at the same time. Everything has worked out perfectly. Moreover: as soon as we have had any questions we have got an immediate respons from the kind and helpful hosts. "Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced."

"Leider war der Garten bei unserer Ankunft so zugewuchert,daß wir den Zugang zum Pool und See kaum nutzen konnten. Erst am Ende des 2. Tages kamen, nach mehrmaligem Anfragen die Gärtner und haben während wir gemütlich Grillen wollten, mit lauten Motorsensen für 2 Stunden den Garten bearbeitet. Das Haus, was sehr schön und groß ist, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wäsche war sauber,aber daß Geschirr musste erstmal gespült werden und es war sehr staubig. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt...

"This is a fantistic house and the surroundings are beautiful. Convenient distance from Bergamo Milano airport and close to both vineyards and lake Iseo. I would recommend to rent bikes from Nicola at Franciacorta biketour. Rosella and Barbara were kind and very helpful. All in all, we had an amazing weekend that we will never forget."
