"The hotel design is incredible- I hadn't realised that the property had been a prison - unique and interesting and all decoration is to a high standard. Rooms are very comfortable. 1 downside- we arrived late after being delayed due to the most horrendous electrical storm and had called ahead to say we were going to be late and ask if the restaurant would still be open (or we would stop on the way). "These rooms sit above a restaurant which is very convenient the Old City area. The room was clean and the shower and bed was very nice. The rooms even have a theme Decoration to them. The staff was very helpful—in between serving food. There is a downside though. I booked because it said they had a/c, but some rooms do not. Be sure to ask for one if you want it. There is no TV if that matters to you. The room door must be key locked/unlocked from the inside while you’re sleeping which I think...
