"We stayed Thursday and Friday nights. The Thursday was really weird; empty, staff hard to find etc. The room itself is definitely 3* and no more, but the beds/linen etc are clean and good quality. It’s more of a high end conference centre than a hotel. The first breakfast was equally odd, no one from the hotel spoke to us at all! We ate in Lieden both nights, which with a hired bike was great. "Lovely stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of shops around and easy access to trams and busses. Only downside was the housekeeping. We hadn't left the 'do not clean' sign on our room door and it was barely clean when we got back. The beds had been half made and no new coffee or clean glasses were added into the room. This was the only downside but didn't affect our stay and would come back again."
