"We stayed Thursday and Friday nights. The Thursday was really weird; empty, staff hard to find etc. The room itself is definitely 3* and no more, but the beds/linen etc are clean and good quality. "Hotel in quiet location convenient for Leiden and coast. We had the smallest room ‘Amsterdam’ billed as a single with 2 beds. There was no storage space, only one small cupboard. The beds were inset into wall and one was accessible only by a ladder, and on a balcony with little in the way of a safe handrail.
