No, it did not have a hot tub - but it turns out that VRBO have been adding this to many of their properties. One of the great surprises that the property now benefits from a continuous supply of filtered water - plain or carbonated We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend this property without hesitation. "We have just had the most amazing 4 days at this beautiful villa. It was absolutely spotless, the facilities were first class and the views from the garden were stunning! Lake Garda is just beautiful and this property is perfectly located to access all towns around the lake. We drove 30 minutes to limone sul Garda which is stunning and from there took a boat across the lake to Malcesine which was just 9 euros! We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to book villa Belvedere again."

"Villa Magnolia is a fantastic house for a multi person holiday. While it’s in need of some modernisation - kitchen, air conditioning in every room - there are many outdoor spaces for conversation, games, reading and siestas. Take care when booking that you specify how many guests you’ll be as this caused some confusion. But overall, we were very happy and we and our guests had a wonderful time. "

"Villa Rochelle is simply wonderful. The villa has everything you need and over many levels which lead into the many bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make your morning coffee or a pasta dish with ingredients from the nearby shops. The deli in town is called Bignotti and has everything from wine to cheese to meats. All bedrooms are well equipped and the top two bedrooms have aircon. The other bedrooms have fans. There is no supermarket so you need a car to do the shopping. The old center of Portese was very beautiful and had nice wine bar. One evening there was a very nice market in Portese with barbecue. In the harbor there were nice restaurants. There is a nice beach with chairs, umbrellas, boats to hire and a good restaurant on walking distance, about 30...

"The villa is set out of town with no taxi services. The local area is limited with things to do. Good bud service to Salo and other places near by and less than €5. Car essential. Villa is clean and basic."

"It's a very nice house we enjoyed it a lot, the only thing it was very much noise because someone was building a house beside us, asked for a discount because during the day we could not sit outside that was very pitty, the owner has not given any reaction, I think this is not the way how its working. "This property is awesome. The views are different from each unit, but the one we had was beautiful. The unit was roomy, comfortable. The employees at the office are very pleasant and helpful. The parking spots are tiny, and we had hard time parking our large SUV, but other than that this place is incredible."

"Very clean and nicely run hotel! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel. "

Lovely hotel in a great location on Lake Garda.

"Lovely hotel in a great location on the shores of Lake Garda. We had a comfortable two-night stay here with our toddler, and enjoyed the location and excellent breakfast. The bar is especially excellent at this hotel - not only is the range of drinks huge and varied (there's even a range of local beers, not just Heineken), but it's very reasonably priced. Quality hotel, I recommend it!"

Spa retreat

"Lefay is a stunning resort with picturesque views. The rooms are gorgeous as is the outdoor pool. The only downside is the hotel is on the top of the mountain so it is a little airy to drive up and down and takes nearly 20 mins to get down. If you are looking for a beautiful spa to just relax, it is just perfect."
