"The woman who checked us in was an absolute sweetheart! She was so kind and thoughtful. She even hand delivered an alarm clock. She was a fantastic representation of your hotel. She found us a very nice room, top floor and facing our car. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The hot tub and pool were quiet and very clean. The entire hotel was spotless.
