"The staff were all friendly. Location is prime for the city center. The room had a large balcony overlooking to the street but it was quiet and well shaded by the trees. It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again."

"good service, close to airport, staff actually clean rooms EVERYDAY unlike other hotels in Ukraine that say they do but don't. only down side is Thin walls and cleaning people will come by at 10am so if your trying to sleep in it will be problem. you can hear everything in the hall walls."

"My room was on the center of the main historic street called Deribasovskaya Street. Everything needed was a very short walk--cafes, grocery store, hair salon, etc. I did not need a taxi ever. Room staff was prompt and friendly. The quality of the room was similar or better than most apartments in the old section of the city center. "The hotel was awful. There was no similarity between the pictures of the hotel shown in Expedia to what we actually gotten. A big shame. They offered us a breakfast in a box because the hotel was empty of guests. No security in the hotel. The hotel is not accessible so we had to carry our bags by ourselves along the stairs."
