Villa very well equipped and located on the Vincentian route. Very quiet area with parking in front of the house.
The villa has two bedrooms: 1 with a very spacious double bed and a balcony facing the countryside, 2 with a smaller double bed. The house also has a nine table with double bed. WC with bath fully equipped and modern, plus a toilet without shower. Very large large living and dining room with tiled stove. The house has heating throughout the house. Kitchen equipped with everything needed and access to the backyard with table, chairs, barbecue and wood oven.
This house is in the seafront urbanization with the beach at 150 meters

The house has a fee of 60 € linen on entry
Extra bed has a value of 15 € per day paid on entry if required
Security deposit of 150 € at the entrance

Objekt zur Zeit nicht zu empfehlen.
Nicht besonders zufriedenstellend. 3 Tage massiver Baulärm aus dem direkten Nachbarobjekt. Herstellung von Außenanlagen. Presslufthammer, Klopfen, bohren etc. .weiterhin offensichtlich eine Dauerbaustelle !! Objekt z.Zt. nicht zu empfehlen. Ich verlange Rückerstattung für mindestens 3 Tage des gezahlten Reisepreises !! 300,00 € mindestens !
