It was tucked away in the center of Ocracoke just enough for privacy but close enough in town to ride the golf cart right down the street to all the shops and restaurants. Just wished I hadn't gotten rudely awakened on Sunday morning at 4:45 am with a garage door opening and closing from under the house and then a troller boat starting their boat right under my bedroom window. "I’m not one to normally complain, but when you are spending this much money on a home for a week, you should know what you’re getting. If you’re alone or don’t plan on spending much time in the house it’s great, don’t have back problems, or asthma it’s great. The house is older so it’s drafty and A LOT of the moisture gets in causing mildew/ moldy air ducts and for me personally it’s difficult to breathe in that air quality, the beds made me feel about 30 years older and the bathrooms are usable...
