Charming villa with 2 bedrooms, AC and gas fireplace, in enchanting Oconomowoc

Spacious, one level duplex in Lakewood Estates. Less than 1 mile from lakes, restaurants and activities, in downtown Oconomowoc.
MBR has large walk-in closet, window, ceiling fan and 5 pc bathroom. Second BR also with walk-in closet, ceiling fan and window, is next to full bath.
2 Queens and 1 Twin bed.
Library/study is off the living room with computer desk & built in shelf unit. Dining room has cherry table with 2 leaves and 8 chairs.
The completely equipped kitchen looks out to a small piece of conservation land and includes an island with 4 stools. The living room is open to the kitchen with a warming, gas fireplace, large windows and a ceiling fan.
Separate laundry room with front load washer & dryer, has a utility sink, cabinets, hanging space with bar & hangars!
The covered patio looks out to the conservation land and the double garage is attached.
This property also has available storage space, in the very dry basement.
A dog or cat is permitted with approval and deposit.
Rent is dependent on the season. 30 Day Minimum Stay
Water, trash, snow & lawn service provided
I will provide a ramp for the garage steps, if requested.

Great location!
We enjoyed walking to nearby lakes to watch the sunset or all the lake activity. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood close to lake area with historic homes and churches with bells ringing and outdoor concerts in the park. Also, downtown Oconomowoc has many fun activities in July and August. The condo was comfortable and well equipped and Mary a delightful hostess. We enjoyed coffee on the patio while watching the wildlife.
