"Great place to stay if your considering walking the Camino de Santiago from france to spain. The location couldnt have been better. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony looking out toward the Pyrenees. Mountains. We arrived earlier than check in time and our host was able accomadate us and store our bags while we went exploring the little town of St. Jean Pied de Port. "The property was spacious and the kitchen very well equipped with new, high spec appliances and loads of pots, pans, gadgets and crockery. Living and dining area was good for up to 8 adults max. Bedrooms in the basement were adequate but poorly ventilated with no windows. Location in village was great with stunning views from parking area which doubled as terrace and eating area shared with 2 other properties so outdoor eating wasn't very practical and so very disappointing for a summer holiday....
