Newly renovated spacious home with a chef's kitchen and private yard, walking distance to the beach and restaurants in South Oceanside. This beautiful beach house has two bedrooms and two full baths, with a roomy living area, dining room and family room with a sleeper sofa. This is a private space connected to a separate unit with permanent tenants. They will stay out of your way so you can enjoy your private visit!

This home is beautiful. It was a bit further from the ocean than I anticipated, but the walk there was great. Was nice to be able to walk to beach and to breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would stay again.

Oceanside retreat
We really loved staying in this home and look forward to coming again! The patio was so relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit, grilling, & enjoying family time. Everything you want or need is supplied in the kitchen. The owner is easy to communicate with and answered any questions promptly! We also loved the location and the peaceful neighborhood. This is a five star house!

We had a great stay at this fantastic property! Close to cool little shoppies for food, drinks, vintage clothes, coffee and a 5 min walk to the beach! Good price. Clean. House was well stocked with items. Board games. Beach chairs / umbrellas. TV etc.

Beautiful home and set up
The house was completely updated with toiletries in all bathrooms and supplies for beach in shed outside. Seating outside and in with spacious seating inside as well. Cozy blankets provided, and it was such a nice welcoming space. It is walking distance to restaurants and shore which was perfect. We plan to return and stay in this location.

Perfect for our Needs, Best Kitchen Ever!
I had a last minute need for a place for five of us to stay near Del Mar for the weekend and this craftsman style home was open. It is lovely and well furnished, with the best stocked kitchen I have ever found in my years of renting through VRBO. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and everything was pristine, with lots of thoughtful touches.

Mary Jo and her husband did a wonderful job of remodeling this bungalow. The place is nicely appointed, and the yard terrific and private. The antiques are fun to look at in their home. Close to the beach and restaurants, we had a wonderful visit to Oceanside.

This home has everything you could ask for. Great outdoor area for relaxing. The kitchen is super well stocked with dishes etc…short walk to the ocean and conveniently located to many different shopping venues. Owners are wonderful and very accommodating. Beach getaway!
The property was as advertised. Sandy beaches were a little further away but it was worth the drive. Spent most of our time discovering the area and and the beachs. The grandchildren certainly enjoy discovering the garden cactuses. The house was comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Would like to come back to stay longer!

Oceanside vacation home
The location was the very best! The home was a bit cluttered for our taste and had little space to sit and eat besides the formal dining area. Plenty of space, good parking and the neighborhood was great to walk to the beach and restaurants. We always felt safe here. The place was quiet and clean.
