This luxury beachfront villa boasts 3 large bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and over 2,500 square feet of living space. Enjoy watching the waves from your own private front patio, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Warm up next to our gorgeous gas fire pit and watch the sun go down over the waves. Everything about our villa is designed to make your time at the beach a wonderful memory.

To make your meals at the Seahorse amazing we have a natural gas grill on our back patio, a spacious chef's kitchen with white quartz countertops, high end Decor appliances, and plenty of beautiful dishes Our mattresses, linens and towels rival any 5 star hotel. With dramatic, modern artwork and sea photography adorning the walls, you will feel immersed in the Southern California lifestyle.

The master bedroom has an ocean view, front patio access, CA King bed, coastal inspired furniture, and available an crib. The master bathroom has marble countertops, dual sinks, large shower, separate tub, toilet, 12 drawers and a large walk in closet.

Perfect Beach Getaway

One of the best properties we have stayed at. So many extras. Beach chairs/sand toys/beach towels….things that are hard to travel with; this house has. SO SPACIOUS for oceanfront property. Two secure parking spots as well. Great place to stay!

Beach Christmas with 4 generations!

Perfect oceanfront view. Awesome to hear the waves crashing on the rocks. Great for people watching since the place is directly on the strand. Close distance to the pier and downtown. Definitely can feel the old Cali beach vibe in Oceanside. Worth the stay.

We absolutely loved this house! We have stayed in Oceanside for years and decided to try a new place this time. It was perfect. The house was beautiful inside and out and sitting by the fire pit at night was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely location and stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this villa. Communication with owner was great. We had a bit of a problem with the elevator. We saw lots of surfers, a dolphin and a seal from the outside seating area. The gas heater outside worked great during cooler times of the day and evening. Would recommend booking time here.

My family of 5 visited the greater San Diego area. We needed a base close to the Safari Park and Legoland. Sylvias place was perfect locationwise and the view was stunning! we had plenty of beds for the kids and the house in general was very comfortable. Everything was as described. The location on the strand was great. We ran each morning, took the kids to the beach, walked the pier. all very convenient. Restaurants were within 15 minutes walking. Great overall. Sylvia was highly responsive. I would stay here or deal with her as a host anytime.

Easy Mobility
Spectacular, unobstructed view of the Ocean and boardwalk ("The Strand") from a $4 million dollar house. The art and décor was very well thought out and tasteful. The "Seahorse" theme plays out nicely - great branding! Since my wife is confined to a wide power wheel chair, we appreciated both the elevator from the parking garage and the ramp from the unit to the boardwalk! Very easy access and a great place to get around in - large vast open spaces and sufficient doorways. The only improvement we would could ask for is grab bars by toilets and in showers, but we realize that compromises the aesthetics for others. Sylvia was very responsive to our text messages and the WiFi signal was strong. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, my wife wanted to take the mattress home with her. Thanks for hosting our wonderful stay!

Could be spectacular!
Love this beautiful condo but it was not clean. It was in order and well stocked but the showers were moldy and the bedding was definitely not clean. We used the hidabed and the mattress pad had urine stains on it. The bed pillows smelled like vomit. For the price I expected more. The location was good and it was fun to be so close to water. The patio was great.

Outstanding in every way!!
We were a group of three friends staying for a long weekend in Oceanside. The Seahorse Villa was a delightful place for us in so many ways: beautiful and comfortable decor, fully-stocked, gorgeously appointed kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, great beds and baths, amazing oceanfront patio where we spent much of our time with stylish umbrellas, comfy seating, and a lovely, easy-to-use fire pit. There is a one-way lane of traffic (The Strand) that is between the patio/condo and the beach but everyone is driving less than 10 miles/hour "cruising" and making way for pedestrians and cyclists. The people-watching adds to the fun of sitting on the patio or in the living room with the doors open. We did not find it loud or annoying at all, and the patio felt very private, being elevated slightly above the sidewalk. The villa's location is an easy walk into the charming town and along the beach or sidewalk. We could not have been happier with our choice of Seahorse and highly recommend a stay here. We hope to come back someday!

Amazing Oceanside Stay
We had 4 people staying, the unit is HUGE, very nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was fantastic, was able to help any time we reached out, communicated everything we needed before arrival and was overall very pleasant to deal with. The views are absolutely spectacular, you can listen to the waves crashing at night, and the fire table is perfect. The road passing between the house and water is quite busy, but cars drive slow admiring the view, and the glass surrounding the balcony provides an adequate sound barrier. The location is incredible, easily drive-able to both LA and SD. Oceanside has plenty of amazing restaurants, and should you desire, you’d never need to leave and could leave the car parked. The garage under the unit has plenty of space and height, we had Ford Expedition and it fit no problem. We were there for a golf trip, and there’s a ton of amazing courses within an hour. Not a bad thing about this place, truly an amazing unit all around! Thank you for sharing!

Great reunion
Absolutely gorgeous property! Everything as promised and so spacious. We stayed with my husband’s two sisters, one of whom has mobility issues. We were all very comfortable and the space allows for everyone’s privacy as needed. The fire on the patio by the oceanfront was so special. The kitchen was chef worthy and the beds and linens so comfortable. Bathrooms spacious and spa like. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Close to restaurants and shops and so relaxing to listen to the waves and watch beach walkers and surfers. My husband is already planning a return visit.

Amazing!!!
Absolutely gorgeous. The minute you walk in you know what a great place this is. So spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Had more pots and pans than I do. We spent so much time on the front patio. The fire pit is such a plus. There is the car and foot traffic on the strand but that was even fun to watch, even the vintage behicles. Definitely will visit again. Stayed until 9:59, one minute before checkout to enjoy every minute.

Bucket List Trip
One of our siblings was diagnosed with ALS and is confined to a wheelchair. She had a bucket list item to visit the ocean one more time. This property fit every one of our needs. Fully handicapped accessible and the perfect beachfront location in Oceanside. The owner was quick to respond to all of our questions regarding the accessibility, location and features of the property. We highly recommend this home and hope to return soon for another stay.

Seahorse Is Where It's At
Perfect location on Strand Avenue steps from the beach. We spent the most time sitting on the patio taking in the scene. The house was immaculate and very spacious. Walking access to food and bars as well as the Oceanside Pier. Highly recommend!
