We have 2 condos in the 6 unit building and can accommodate larger groups up to 16 people.
Your family will enjoy uninterrupted Ocean View. Balcony Furniture Seats your family comfortably on Large Double Balcony. Central air and heat and Cool Summer Breezes keep you cool in the Summer. Property Across the street from the Beach with Large concrete porch to sit outside and enjoy the sunset and the company of friends, family or guests. We just remodeled master bath area and added walk in shower. There are three Bedrooms, 2 baths and enough room for up to 8 people to feel very comfortable.

Great Experience - I would stay here again!

This rental and location were perfect for our family vacation. The porch view was fabulous, and it was within walking distance to the beach/pier, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was very well stocked, and all the beds were comfortable. It was an added bonus that there were two dedicated parking spaces available as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Cali Christmas

Exactly what I wanted. A place to relax with family and cook our holiday dinner. Full kitchen (and grill!) made it possible. Had our morning coffee and evening cocktails while watching the waves from the balcony. Plenty of walks and sea air in between. Comfy and cozy with the fireplace! Onsite parking a great plus.

Great Stay

Our group had a wonderful time! Location is so close to the beach and condo has everything you need. Beds very comfortable, condo is updated and clean, and Tim was in touch regularly to make sure everything was ok. We made some great memories with our young adult children and are forever grateful.

Perfect location

This was a short, last-minute trip for our family prior to school starting. Amazing location, and beautiful condo with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable. On one of our morning walks, we saw about a dozen dolphins, riding a wave in together, which was super cool.

Weekend visit

Perfect location! The balcony is great to sit on and have your morning coffee listening to the waves. In the evening we enjoyed sitting next to the fire warming up. Loved having the beach chairs and boogie boards to use on. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels.

Perfect location

If you are looking for an oceanfront beach vacation this is the place! Right across the street from the beach and playgrounds. Close enough to walk to all the great restaurants in Oceanside. House is roomy and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace on the chilly mornings and evenings!

Nice condo located in walking distance to several restaurants, pier, and great beaches. Condo has a very nice patio with great ocean views and a propane grill. Tim is a great host and really cares about your stay being the best it can be.

Lovely stay

Went with family and grandkids. Loved sitting on the patio looking at the ocean! Nice unit all on one level. Great for families. Close to local restaurants and shops. Beach right in front is rocky so you do have to go down a ways to get a sand beach. Nice playground in front down the stairs for the kids. Would stay again!

We had a great 4 day stay. Walked the beach, wharf and strand. Went on a whale watching cruise out of Oceanside Harbor. The unit has a great location and was perfectly set up to enjoy our time. Would love to come back!!!

Ideal Girls Weekend location

The apartment was clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Location was walking distance to The Strand and not far from downtown. When all you want to do is catch-up with friends its the perfect perch to enjoy the views, laughs and good wine. Thanks Tim, we‘ll def be back!

Tim was very accommodating and met us at the property late on a Friday night. The balcony is extra nice with a grill and an amazing view of the ocean! Our family of seven had plenty of room to relax. All the beach essentials were there and the kids loved the boogie boards.

Beautiful stay

We enjoyed this beach front location. Its walking distance to the pier and lots of great restaurants. There are chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and toys available for use. The kitchen is well equipped. We were missing one item and the manager dropped one off within 10 min. Much appreciated.

property was very nice! I wish they had a crib or pack and play for children since they market to families and I also wish the upstairs neighbor was not so invasive and did not have a loud barking dog at night.

Great property, perfect location for a beach getaway

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend as a party of 6 (a family of 4 with a 14 y.o & a 12 y.o & 2 grandparents.). We arrived late Friday evening so Tim had left a lockbox for us since we weren't able to pick up keys. The property was very clean & well-stocked. It had all the beach gear we needed. The beach is right across the street which made everything so convenient. No need to drive or park. There is so much available within walking distance. The underground parking was great as well. We loved spending time on the large patio & enjoying the view. We were really impressed with the property & the location & plan to stay here again.

Great family beach getaway!

Had a perfect 6 days at the property with the family. I felt like the description, pics, and reviews were all pretty accurate so I’ll just add a couple more things. As of 10/19, property had 3-4 beach chairs, a half dozen or so beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a couple boogie boards. There are also a couple slow cookers in the kitchen. Minimal toiletries are provided to get you started. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walkable distance. Communication was great and we had all questions answered before and during our stay. We hope to be back!

Great location!

We stayed at the property recently and had a great time! The property was accurately shown in the pictures. That view from the family room and kitchen is amazing!! Just a short walk to the beach.. The air did sometimes get a little warm but I would turn it back down and it would be fine. The only thing that I need to let you know is you have a lifted truck, it will not fit in their parking garage. Our truck BARELY made it!!! This condo is very close to the train station, pretty convenient if you choose to come that way. Overall, very nice condo! Hope to rent it again!
