Amazing single family home, directly on the sand in Oceanside, CA! Walk in right at beach level, with an open living room, fireplace, and kitchen, that all look out to the ocean. Enjoy a large beachfront patio, with the vast ocean as your backyard! The kitchen has a 6-top stove burner, a dishwasher, microwave, big refrigerator, wine fridge, plus everything you need to cook and prepare meals! There is one bedroom on the main level, and one full bath. Upstairs, there are 5 additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a fireplace, oceanfront balcony, and huge bathroom with ocean views. Come escape to the beach in this spectacular home! This unit does include a central AC for those who need to cool off after a day at the beach.

On the water haven!
Our group had the best 5 days here! The deck view of the ocean and direct access is unbeatable. So close to everything you need and we highly recommend this for a big group or family.

Loved our stay! We’ve been here a few years in a row and will definitely come back! We loved having the hot tube on the deck! the only downside is sometimes the tide is too high to play in the water but other than that this way a perfect place to stay!

Amazing Stay!
We loved our time here! Perfect location - it was everything we expected and more. Right on the beach with unbeatable views. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the indoor/outdoor vibe of the entire house. The customer service was awesome. They had great communication, quick-response times and provided helpful options for us when weather cancelled a lot of our group's flights/travel plans. Thank you for everything!

Great Family Vacation Rental
The number of bedrooms, comfortable gathering space and wonderful ocean views gave our 12 family members a wonderful get-together. With 2 surfers in the family, being able to walk out the patio and go down to the beach and waves was an unexpected plus! The management responded quickly when we had trouble connecting to the internet. A grand time was had by all with ages from 6 months to 67 years with all ages in between!

Wonderful place, was exactly what the whole family needed. There were 11 of us, didn’t feel cramped, everything was close and convenient. Management was responsive and really really attentive. My only complaint is the ceiling fans for the property were on timers and they shut off every thirty minutes. For what the cost is, I don’t want to wake up in the middle of the night cause it’s a little stuffy. But otherwise it would have been a five star the whole way down.

There were rocks but when the tide was out it was wonderful for the kids to play on The gently sloping beach. The outdoor fire pit came in handy for cooler weather and the i door fireplace as well. The beds were very comfortable although the rooms were set up a little different the accommodations are great! I would suggest though bringing your own kitchen food storage items as they suggested....none to be found. A lovely place to stay for sure!!

There was plenty of room for all of us... 8 adults and 4 children. We could all be together in the family room dining area whiere we enjoyed having meals together. we also loved the quiet corners and balconies to just be with the ocean waves. Being right on the beach was the best and we loved having a BBQ and a fire pit. The management made it super easy to access the beach house and the was even room and the garages and driveway for all 4 cars we had rented. We will stay at this perfect rental again!!!

Fabulous Wine Tribe Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing girls weekend! Pulling into the driveway, we just knew we were home for the weekend. The house was gorgeous and spotless. All windows and doors on the 1st floor were vanishing so we could bring the outside in. The rooms were spacious and well designed. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The view was to die for so we spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the hot tub, fire bowl and the ocean breezes. The patio chairs in my opinion need to be replaced as the seats were falling apart probably from the sea air. Property management was quick to respond to the couple of issues that presented themselves, none of which needed to be immediately addressed. All 8 of us were sad to go and everyone would love to come back for another stay...... or permanently move in!

Perfect Beachfront retreat

Comfortable furniture and all well stocked. 4 full bedrooms and a small room with double trundle bed. Separate mattress on platform off the master bath (with oceanfront window). Nice open living space downstairs connected to kitchen. Great outdoor beck with BBQ, gas fire pit and chairs/chaises. Small beach sand area with wood burning fire pit. Boulders separate property from the beach, but easy access with cement stairs. 2 relatively small garage spaces (beware low overhead on north spot). The beach is excellent for surfing or water play (you are your own lifeguard). You on a stretch of 5miles of beach, so great for walks, etc. beds were very comfortable (at least the regular beds). It was pleasure to combine 2 families and our dogs for a weekend. I highly recommend this place

Graduation Celebration
The property is exactly what you see. You are RIGHT on the ocean! We had guests from age 2 to 89 years-old. One small issue was the jacuzzi took awhile to heat up. But it was explained that they put in fresh water, so I think that was worth it. BIG issue was how disappointing Beachfront was about check-in. 4:00 pm is check-in. No one was in our unit the prior day. I inquired about early check-in I was told it was $600 for a 2:00 check in. This is outrageous! I am on both sides of this business I would never gouge someone like this. After hearing this it was hard to believe Beachfront cared about our experience. Most tenants enter the home and decide what they need for their stay which usually requires shopping out side the property. I would not expect anyone do anything worth that amount of money for 2 hours. If ever given the opportunity to let someone start their vacation a little early, why wouldn't you. What added to the confusion is that they send you a count down clock for 12:00 am the day of not 4:00 pm Please don't hide behind "policy" you make the rules.
