Oceanside Getaway
I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay!!! The property is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town, but it’s close enough to where you can be at the beach in 10 min or less!!! It’s so peaceful at night and the view from the facility and pool areas are breath-taking!!! Reza is a wonderful host and a great guy!!!! I will definitely visit again!!!!

Super convenient and easy access to everything
Owners were very helpful with check-in/check-out process and helpful with some last minute questions/requests. Place was very easy to access and the location made it great for reverse rush-hour traffic commutes to Legoland and the beach (we went to Fletcher Cove). No issues whatsoever and I would definitely stay here again! We drove out from Phoenix and packed a few extra things just in case they weren't stocked, but they had everything we needed and more!

Great location.
This was a great location to stay at and parking is located right on the property. Easy access to the highway for the areas we were visiting in San Diego. Great Pool and Spa too. Would rent from again.

Perfect Oceanside Location
Reza and Maray have made some wonderful updates to the property, including a beautiful pool/hot tub and decadent shower. They were responsive and helful when our flight in arrived late. We highly recommend these delightful hosts!

The rate for this property was cost effective, clean and a safe location. The pool plus view was great. The pool has no steps so older adults may have trouble getting in and out but the jacuzzi attached to the pool is an easier in and out and just as refreshing!

Great Property In A Great Location
My daughter and I were on the west coast for a soccer tournament. We had a great experience at this property. It was clean, accommodating and located in a great area. The owner, Reza, was extremely helpful and always available if needed. The property has great deck views and a beautiful pool. We would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Perfect for our short stay
Two large bedrooms, one room with microwave and refrigerator and coffee maker. Independent AC units in each room. Nice large bathroom shower with plenty of hot water. Towels for both bathroom and pool area use. Pool is nice area with nice views, but no steps into the pool, so you need to be able to pull yourself out. Reza was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine but the place is just two bedrooms, and no lobby etc. there is a frdge microwave as well. both rooms were very nice with a large shower and bathroom area that was nice as well.

We enjoyed our stay! This place is clean and comfortable. We never saw the pool, not sure how to even get to it. Keep in mind you share a wall with the kitchen of the main house, you can hear them and I’m sure they could hear us. I believe there’s another rental below you as well. The shower was AMAZING! Best part of rental. Bedding was cozy and hosts were great. We’d stay again.

Great Hosts!
It was a great location and wonderful hosts! We really enjoyed our stay! The location is just down the road from Oceanside and high value for the price. It is more of a two-bedroom one-bath hotel suite than a house. There are 33 photos of a very small space, so I had a different idea of what I was purchasing. There is access to a beautiful pool with an amazing view. In the listing it looks like the pool is outside the bedrooms but the bedrooms are on the back of the house.

I would like to thank Reza & Maray for a very pleasant and comfortable 6 days we were very happy with our place nice comfy beds and beautiful bathroom which had Bluetooth in the shower clean towels and the fridge was stocked with coffee, creamer,orange juice and a nice bottle of wine the veiw on the deck was spectacular to have coffee in the mornings with a beautiful sunrise and enjoyed the evenings relaxing Reza & Maray were very accommodating to our needs thank you so much for a great stay !! Beware,
We booked this place for 5 nights, arrived on a Wednesday and went to Disneyland the following morning. When we got back to the rental at 11:30pm, we were met by ants in our bedding, clothes, walls, floors, my daughters retainer, in the bathroom, both bedrooms etc. My wife was beside herself so I texted the owner with no response and proceeded to walk over and ring the doorbell but nobody answered. We then contacted VRBO to see what our options were because everyone wanted to leave. Since it was so late and everyone was exhausted, we opted to try and make the best of it. So we stripped the beds and shook out the sheets and blankets. My son went to sleep in the car and the rest of us finally got to sleep around 1:30am. We were woken up at 8am by a loud knock at the door. I was met by Reza and, I’m assuming his wife, with two cans of Raid spray poison offering to kill the ants and change out the bedding. It was uncomfortable and awkward especially with Reza badgering me about why I didn’t contact him and telling me I shouldn’t have contacted VRBO; he said this multiple times. He’s stated that he couldn’t understand why “You” have ants but they didn’t in the rest of the house. Keep in mind, we hadn’t even been there for 24 hours yet and the the ants were coming from under a shared door with the main house. They accused us of having food and leaving food out. We didn’t leave food out because we saw from a previous review that they had an ant problem. We don’t have this problem in our own home with food out nor have we had this problem at any other vacation rental even with food out. After all of the attitude, they reiterated that they would accommodate whatever we wanted to do, either refund or clean and stay and wanted us to be happy and walked away. Once my my adrenaline came down after arguing with them and defending myself we decided to book a room at the Hyatt and opted for a refund. They ended up charging us for that night but we didn’t want to deal with anymore headache in order to put it behind us and enjoy the rest of our trip so we packed up and were out of there before noon.

Beautiful Home in Oceanside
The scenery and location of this property is perfect! The pool and backyard area was great for a relaxing first day after travel. We were close to the beach, good restaurants, and the harbor. It was very clean and exactly as advertised! We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Solid Place to Stay
The location is perfect for so many things. It was super easy to get around, but the house itself is atop a hill and feels private from the rest of the town. The rooms have A/C and beautiful views. The space is entirely your own, but it is one wall away from the rest of the host's house and there's a renter downstairs. So, it is pretty easy to hear everything going on in the house or when the renter comes home. The beds are comfy, though, and the bathroom was very nice.
