Beachfront End-unit Cottage with whitewater ocean views and private entrance

Renovated in 2022 - all new paint in coastal colors, new carpets, new appliances and more...Beachfront upper, end unit cottage with amazing white water ocean, river, harbor and mountain views from living area and master bedroom. Private entrance with no common areas (unlike hotels or interior units at North Coast Village), fully equipped kitchen, secluded beach, large resort style heated pool and hot tub. Two extra windows in the living area and a skylight in each bathroom give this cottage in North Coast Village lots of natural light (only found in the few end unit upper level cottages). The cottage's private entrance is only a few steps up from the luscious grounds, and you can leave the door open for more light and a nice ocean breeze. The kids can play on the beach or the yard next to cottage, and you watch them while relaxing inside or on the deck. North Coast Village's family friendly, resort-like setting has 24/7 security with garage parking and every amenity including extensive tropical gardens, fitness center, putting green, table tennis, billiards, hot tubs, beautiful heated pools, and laundry facilities. Boogie boards, towels, chairs and umbrella for your use are included. Sit by the cozy fireplace, or on the deck to watch the sunset over the ocean, and enjoy the flickering harbor lights. Kitchen is fully equipped for eating in or take a leisurely walk to the restaurants and shops at the harbor.

December ‘23 and January ‘24 guests please note: exterior work to remove and replace siding for the entire building (14 units) will take place through December. Exterior painting will occur in January. Scaffolding will be up and crew will work weekdays 7am-5pm. It maybe noisy at times between 9 and 3pm, but since this is an upper end unit the crew will spend a lot of their time working on the units at the other end of the building. The scaffolding and work will not obstruct the ocean views and guests will still have full use of the patio. Rates are already reduced to compensate for the construction.

There are so many great things to say about this place! It was all of the little things that made this one of our best stays! Michael was awesome, great stuff in the kitchen to cook with, soft sheets, and tissue in every room. Will definitely stay again.

North Coast Village delivers again!
We love staying at NCV when we visit Oceanside and this visit was no exception! Michael, the property owner is very pleasant and communicative and his 2bd/2bth condo in Bldg G was perfect for our family of 5. This time we tried a condo on the northside of the complex that still had a great view of the ocean and south jetty. I think I actually prefer this spot as you also get a view of the harbor and it’s a quick walk to a much quieter section of the beach. We can’t wait to book our next trip!

Great family beach vacation
The cottage was very inviting. Plenty of room for our family, loved having 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Great location, easy access to the beach, you can walk to the pier and lots of restaurants. Owner was easy to work with, available for questions and very accomodating. The grounds are well manicured and felt very safe walking around. It is a great spot for a beach vacation!

Super cute, perfect location & great neighborhood
This was our first time in Oceanside and we will be back, the property and location cannot be beat! The beach is steps away, there are shops and restaurants in walking distance. Pool and putting range were fun for the kids, and the beds were very comfy. Only thing is the parking garage, I don’t recommend bringing a truck or big SUV it was a very tight fit.

Condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Check-in was very easy. Surrounding grounds well- kept and very pretty. Unit had a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. Great views of the harbor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our time here.

Great beach vacation with resort amenities
This property was exactly what we were looking for - walking to a great beach with all the extras like beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards etc so we didn’t have to bring all that! Walking to the harbor, pier, playground and ice cream. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed plus lots of extras too.

Stay was great and we would be happy to come back. My mother was amazed at how nice the place was, and I was surprised to hear her comment as such so many times. My kids loved being so close to the beach. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, and everything worked. Patio was great to catch the ocean breeze, and the complex grounds are beautiful and well-designed to create seclusion and privacy. Koi pond was a major draw for my kids and others that stopped by. There was construction going on in some of the center garden area, but it never disturbed us. We had a little trouble getting on to WiFi, and the owner immediately responded with help. Great trip to Oceanside - thank you!

Awesome Beachfront Cottage!!!
This spaciuos beachfront cottage was beautiful. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything you need is right there on the very pretty grounds of the property. Fabulous ocean views, great pool, fitness center, beaches. Walking distance to other places, great all around place for families or couples. I have and will continue to recommend this condo to family and friends. We will definely be back to stay here agian. Thank you for a great time for me and my daughter.

Wonderful place
My family stayed 4 nights in August 2018. This cottage has everything you need and more. The beds are comfy and we had an awesome view from patio. It’s close to the beach and the Marina is walking distance. The Pier is at life guard station one and the cottage is at station 10 so it’s a little walk, but nice. We took our wagon for the grandkids and they had a blast! We would like to stay again next year.

Carol's Ocean Front Condo
We spent Thanksgiving week here and it was wonderful!! Carol was very helpful in helping us during a very hectic time with scheduling Thanksgiving with my family...she's a Doll! Wonderful restaurants and the movie theatre within walking distance. The harbor and harbor view from our place was so peaceful! I know we'll come back again, perhaps to celebrate another holiday season!! Thank you Carol, sooooo much for all your input....we had an absolutely fabulous time!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would pick this rental again. Short walk to beach and across bridge to restaurants, shops, and harbor activities. Also close by groceries, movie theater, bars, etc. Boogie boards and beach chairs at the condo were very much appreciated! Large and comfortable master bedroom/bath, comfortable twins in second BR and pullout couch in living room. WiFi, TV, and well equipped kitchen all worked fine. No AC needed with great breezes thru the condo, but some new working fans would help for hot nights. Very helpful owner.

We stayed in this unit and enjoyed the views from the patio and Master bedroom. The kitchen is very inviting and made the little bit of cooking we did comfortable. There’s plenty of seating and we really enjoyed our stay. Michael is very quick to respond to messages and was very accommodating. This condo is situated in a pleasant location, with underground parking and plenty of amenities. We enjoyed grilling, the pool and even the hot tub during our visit. There are a lot of rinse off stations, to rinse the sand off after a quick walk to the beach. There is a pier near the shops and restaurants where seals and sea lions hang out and I even saw a porpoise. I want to visit again!

Wonderful Experience!
My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend and had such a wonderful time. The Condo was so nice, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are fantastic and so well maintained with little creeks running through the village, and the pool and hot tub is so relaxing. The location is perfect too! We are super active so we enjoyed the restaurants on the harbor and walking along the beach, then off to the movies 5 minutes away, drinks at the local downtown scene "so fun!!" AND San Diego a quick 20 min away to enjoy more amazing beaches, boardwalks, food and fun. A weekend to never forget! Carol is super friendly and so easy to book with. We will be returning for sure!

Fantastic Location in Oceanside
Dealing with owner was easy and location was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The washrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen and appliances are very worn but functional. I did have to wipe out and clean the shelves I wanted to use for my food. The closets were all full of supplies so very little room for your clothes. If you are a super clean person, this is probably not the unit for you. However, if you are more relaxed, and okay with well used, you will be very happy here. The views are fantastic and the beds were soft but comfortable to us. Had a great trip.
