Primary Bedroom is upstairs with a King Size Bed. Second Bedroom is downstairs with 2 Twin Beds.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo, close to the beach. Had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable stay close to beach
The condo was pleasant and exactly as described. It was about a half mile to the beach and dunes and an easy drive into Pismo for dinner. The check-in process ended up being super easy, though prior to arriving I was getting conflicting instructions. Overall a very nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impression was a dead bird caught in the bird-trap under the eve on the second story of the front door. I immediately called CVR and a maintenance person removed the dead birds within an hour. The outside of the home was a little rough, could use paint. Inside was immaculate, very clean, well equipped and a pleasure to stay in. I even slept on the carpet without worry when my 5 year old had a bad dream. I would definitely stay at the location again.
