"Solid Rock Ranch met our needs as a group of 12 (7 adults, 5 kids). Renee was great! She was very responsive and accommodating. The house has a large kitchen with a huge refrigerator and separate freezer. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, although it's a haphazard collection with all different styles and types. There's plenty of cookware to serve a crowd. The livingroom is somewhat small and couldn't seat all of us. The only other communal areas were the two dining tables. The...

"Its a cool little place, very small. Does not face the beach but the balcony does. Its behind the main beach house which is actually facing the beach, fire pit was nice! I would suggest upating the hot tub or not advertise it as we would not touch it, it was very dated and the filter was not working properly making the water appear very dirty. Overall was a good experience though. A little outdated. "
