Oceanfront 2BR Private Apartment

Beautiful 2 BR Apartment, fully equipped Kitchen, W/D for a short or extended stay and offers a stunning view of the ocean just off the balcony with BBQ, and private sitting area to watch the sunrise or just to relax and enjoy. Inside you can relax in air-conditioned comfort on those hot days, or curl up next to the electric fireplace on the cold nights while watching your favorite movie.
The centerpiece of the apartment for me is the walk-in shower with engraved glass panels. These etchings were created by a local artist and are one of a kind hand-sketched and feature the Bluenose and the Peggy's Cove Lighthouse, 2 of our most famous attractions here in Nova Scotia.
Kayaks available onsite complimentary, private island tours provided by the host are optional with advance reservations
You will have access to local shops and cafes, as well as the rails to trails walking path just across the street.

Anniversary get away
Everything was wonderful! The hosts were friendly and helpful. The rental has anything you could need. It was close enough to grocery stores and places to eat while being relaxed. We also had our small dog with us

This apartment was the perfect size for my husband and I. The location was perfect to tour up and down the coast. There was a grocery store 10 min to the east and The Little Ice Cream Shop was 10 minutes to the west (YUMMY!). If we ever head back to Nova Scotia we would stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, unit is clean, comfy furniture, nice linens and had everything we required. Nice balcony with a beautiful view. Hosts Johan and Steven are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was our third stay here and hoping to return someday.

A wonderful spot
The Hostesses were great. They live on the property, so convenient if anything was needed. Yet private enough! It's a great spot in between Halifax and Lunenburg which offers the quiet get away from the tourists spots. The place has everything you could need, with a grocery store not to far away. Would stay here again, if back in the area.

Cute place by the Ocean, 25 min to everything we wanted to see
Steve was an excellent host, easily accessible and very responsive when we needed some assistance. The property is within 25 min of Halifax, Peggy’s Cove and the beautiful beaches of Queensland. We definitely recommend this property.

A lovely spot
Great location between Halifax and Lunenburg. Lovely unit. Steve and Johan are welcoming, kind and helpful. I loved the wee private beach which is ideal for all, especially swimmers who prefer calmer waters and more secure footing than one finds at the more open beaches of Saint Margaret’s Bay.

Great intro to Nova Scotia!
We loved our time in Nova Scotia! This location is perfect for several day trips as many things are within a 30 min. drive. The hosts of this property Steve and Johan are incredibly knowledgeable and gracious. Apartment is well appointed and comfortable with a great deck offering beautiful views of the bay and sunrise. Would love to return!!

Awesome Host
Comfortable and well stocked apartment. Great location on the water and near major highway routes. Beautiful views and relaxing stay. The host, friends and family were gracious and welcoming. We were there during the Hurricane and our host made us feel safe, checked often and provide generator power. We highly recommend this location.

Great location and great view
We spent 11 nights here and were pleased with the location with easy travel to Halifax or Lunenberg way. We loved the rails to trails pathway across the street and up the hill. We felt the place needs a good thorough cleaning. Such as, The bbq, the microwave, the oven, and the fridge. Thank you.

Amazing!!
We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just what we needed but the best features can be found outside. Little private beach, use of kayaks, beautiful views, bike trails and close to Halifax and Peggy’s Cove. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! We hope to return to Nova Scotia one day again and know this is exactly where we would love to stay.

Exploring the Maritimes
This was a wonderful little spot in an ocean cove setting. A nice comfortable and clean space that gave us joy during our morning coffee or a peaceful dinner in the evening. Any small request was addressed quickly by the terrific hosts Steve & Joanne. A surprise boat tour in the am before our departure was a very nice unexpected extra. Amazing place
This was our second year in a row to enjoy this amazing stay overlooking the most beautiful water view…sunsets and plenty boats to see Quiet & so peaceful place All amenities you could ever expect to need or use…we enjoyed cooking our own meals with the great BBQ on the deck…very convenient…fire pit to use for s’mores in the eve…kayaking available at no extra cost…close to Peggy’s Cove..we visited a blown glass shop on the way to Peggy’s Cove…also enjoyed the amazing newly Oceanstone Resort Spa and then enjoyed The Rhubarb Restaurant…totally recommend their seafood pasta loaded with seafood or their amazing Fish & Chips. Most of all enjoyed our stay with taking in the peacefulness of such beauty on the water.. Thank you to wonderful host Steve Johan

Great apartment
The apartment was great with everything we would want and the view of the harbor was good from the balcony. My only concern was that it is very close to the road. There is very little traffic at night so that was not an issue. There was nowhere to walk except beside the road or drive to another area. The actual location was great for getting around Nova Scotia.
