2 Story Victorian Style in Bear Trap Dunes Resort. 4 bed 3 full baths and plenty of outdoor space. Large Screened Porch, Sun Deck and stone Patio opening to huge Backyard. Covered Front Porch and 2nd floor. Balcony. Spacious open floor plan with fully equipped Kitchen, large Family Room with big screen TV and Gas Fireplace. Formal Dining room, Breakfast Bar or Cafe style dining areas. 1st floor Flex room can be used as a sleeping room with pullout double bed sofa and is next to a full Bath with shower. 2nd floor Loft contains plenty of seating and two Futons with gaming TV. Game table and plenty of board games. Two private bedrooms (separated by Full Bath with Tub/Shower), offer a Queen Bed in one and ( kids room) with a Double Bed and a Bunkbed (Single over Double). Both have a private entry to Balcony. A 2nd Fridge, Pool / Ping-Pong Tables in Garage along with yard & beach games & various sized bikes (x6) all for Guest use. Quiet neighborhood with lots of streets for biking, jogging or walking.
