Peaceful and relaxing
We loved our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and relaxing community! The property itself was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the fully-stocked kitchen (cooked all week!), and made use of the pool and fitness gym every day! Condo had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach! We loved strolling around the complex saying hello to all the friendly neighbors (and meeting their fur babies!). Parking was rarely an issue at the various close-by attractions (beach!), although we were there slightly after the summer crowd and kids were back in school. We will book again!

NYE getaway
We stayed at this rental over the New Year holiday. Great location, nice property - easy to get to just about anywhere in the region. Clubhouse with games & pool is a great bonus. We would stay again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The check in process so easy and the property beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time on the beach but our location was an easy drive. Family getaway
We enjoyed the accommodations which allowed all of us to have our own space and yet still come together to spend time together. Everything we needed was at the condo, including kitchen items, bath and beach towels and a wonderful rolling cart for the beach. It was a very quiet and convenient location. A short drive to restaurants and the beach.

My family stayed in this property for Mother’s Day weekend. The property was well stocked and very clean. It is located in a beautiful, quiet community. Full access to a pool which my daughters loved. Also very dog friendly area. Even have poop bag stations around the premises. The owners were very responsive and allowed a late checkout on Sunday at no charge. The location is about a 5 minutes drive to downtown Bethany so great location if you don’t mind driving to the beach.

The house in Bayside worked out great. We had all the things needed like home. The place was clean and very comfortable. A longer stay would have been better. We didn't get to the pool but the central location for stores and beaches worked out well. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Great property and host
Stayed here a week while waiting to move into our newly purchased home in VA. The host was so accommodating and helpful. I had my dog, 94 yr old mother and adult kids. The space is beautifully decorated and has everything one might need. One thing to be aware though - there are a LOT steps. Steps at the front, steep steps from the garage, steps to the bedrooms. So keep that in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The location of the property is perfect. Just a few minutes to Bethany boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach and the outlets. Grocery store 2 minutes away and lots of good restaurant options. Would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was located in a beautiful area. Nice neighborhood with a stunning clubhouse! The house was super clean, and well stocked with necessities. Master bed/bath was comfortable and plenty of towels! That was great. The smaller rooms, we’re cute but unfortunately not super comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced and mattresses were kind of hard. But overall we were pleased with the stay! The house suited our needs just fine. Would stay again!

The townhouse itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The club house however, was inaccessible. We reached out by text, call, and through the Evolve account and our contacts went unanswered. We chose the facility for the clubhouse amenities as we were there in March and it was not yet beach weather. Our family was very disappointed in the lack of communication and the inability to use the advertised amenities.

Perfect for our family of 6!
This place was perfectly sized for our family of 6 and the owners have clearly thought about everything you might need while on beach vacation. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach. We used the bicycles multiple times during our stay to go back and forth to the beach too! The housekeeper was very responsive and helpful to address two non-urgent issues upon our arrival. House is clean, well maintained and the community club house has a pool and fitness center. We especially loved the game room/library! Quick tip: if you’re a coffee drinker, plan to find a coffee shop nearby or bring your own. The coffee maker in the unit is old and doesn’t keep coffee hot after brewing. Overall, thanks to the owner. They have thought of it all and we had a great week!

Cute but needs a few things
Nice quiet neighborhood, but the place was not clean, dust and cobwebs, wet laundry was left in the washing machine. Beds were the worst, please update your mattresses, for the money, the beds should not be this bad. Also, the fridge water filter was expired for more than a year. Maybe clean the place up a bit and update the beds. One last comment, the outdoor light was burned out at the front door and my husband slipped and fell down the steps. This is a hazard.

The place was a bit dirty, dust and cobwebs, lots of stuff in the garage, so almost impossible to fit 2 cars. Water filter on the fridge was expired for more than a year. The light was burned out on the front deck making it dangerous to go down the stairs. Wet laundry was also left in the washing machine, I assume by the cleaning service. Horrible beds, why does the master bedroom not have a king size bed?? The other beds were dorm room quality at best. Just a very poor setup for the money. I would not recommend this rental.

Just okay
Having stayed at many other rental properties through VRBO, this one didn't meet the standard. The property is clearly heavily rented, as the walls are scuffed throughout the hallways and entrances, the master bedroom shade is broken, and the master bathroom shower floor is stained. The most frustrating parts of our stay were that (1) the guest bathroom tub doesn't drain and was unusable; so with four adults, we had to rely on the master shower only. There's a wrinkled post-it note with the property guide folder stating this issue (not sure from whom), so it hasn't been resolved. (2) there was no toilet paper left for us to use and barely any hand soap. Nowhere on the listing or the check-in instructions does it state that guests need to provide this themselves. Additionally, the fire alarms in the home and the entire complex went off at 7am on Saturday. There were no instructions on what to do, and the property contact (the housekeeper) did not know what we should do either. When we spoke with neighbors, they shared that this fire alarm issue happens all the time. Overall, the property was okay for our weekend getaway but certainly did not live up to the description or the VRBO standard or the price.

The townhouse is situated in a beautiful community with a nice clubhouse that offers plenty of amenities and a pool. The home is very spacious with a lovely ambiance, and it was well-prepared for our arrival. Everything was clean and well-organized. The host paid close attention to every little detail, even providing bowls for our small dog. The rooms, bathrooms, and bed sheets were all spotless, and there were plenty of towels and beautiful china. We had a very nice time.

Our family had a wonderful stay! There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there. It was very clean and modern. The king bed we had was very comfortable. Twin beds not as much. We loved the extra amenities with the access to the neighborhood clubhouse. Short drive to bethany beach but sometimes hard to find a parking spot. We will rent again.

Very Nice House
The check in process was unclear and we were unsure about what we were suppose to do. The email said to check in at the clubhouse, but since we arrived late there was no one there. We went straight to the house, which I assume was correct since we did not seem to have any issues. I did use the number given to call for assistance. I left a message and my call was never returned. It was a little unsettling since this was our first time booking a home in this way. Also, there was no clear instruction on what to do with the trash and so I ended up loading it in my car and bringing it home.

Outstanding Rental
The owners of this rental have thought of every detail that any family or renter may need! For us, it was myself and my two teenage boys who like to fish in the off-season at Indian Inlet, so we wanted a place close by and didn't need "ocean front". We loved the availability of the bikes and the cool, hidden places on the bayside. This was a totally unexpected adventure that made our trip even better. It's a quiet area with lots of trails. The grocery store nearby was an added bonus. The house itself was better than we imagined. And for me, the kitchen was perfectly stocked to keep hungry boys fed. And extremely organized! Although I don't have little ones any more, the one bedroom is so thoughtfully geared to younger kids, including cool stools and a pint-size toychest/bench. The provided linens are top-notch, the master bath is beautiful and the master bed is very comfortable - as are the couches in the living room where we hung out at night. We paid the extra money for the clubhouse, which was well worth the pool table and indoor pool for us in October with hardly anyone else around. Only slight negative (no fault of the owner) was that my son's large truck could not fit in the garage. But the alternative parking spots were a quick fix and the garage had tons of storage. Communication before arrival was informative and responsive. We will absolutely stay here again and look forward to an extended visit next year!
