As a guest at the Beach Club, you can opt to purchase weekly wristband access to the community's pool and clubhouse amenities, including billiards, sports courts, and a fitness center. A wristband also grants the wearer access to the seasonal weekend shuttle with service to/from the beach and town.

Packed with a plethora of comfortable features, the home comes well-appointed for a family-friendly vacation. The large, fenced backyard sets the stage for endless outdoor entertainment, with its furnished patio and gas grill. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, while the upstairs loft area includes a TV and seating for group flexibility.

Handle family-style meal prep with ease in the sparkling stainless steel full kitchen. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). There is no Cable TV.
Clubhouse and community amenities require wristbands for access, $38 per person over the age of 6. Wristbands can be purchased directly at the clubhouse - fees are subject to change. Additional information is provided in the booking details.The outdoor pool may be closed occasionally for private events.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
