The living room comes with a comfortable sectional with sleeper with a gas fireplace and chiminea outside, along with a large screen TV with cable.

The dinning area is off of the living room and has seating for 6. Additionally, the powder room sits next to the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for guests to use.

The well equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and microwave, regular coffee maker, dishwasher, and counter top ice maker.

This golf getaway also has a comfortable screened porch sitting area and open-air deck with outdoor seating, plus a gas grill for BBQ's.

The 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed and a toddler bed with a wall mounted TV

The 3rd bedroom with 4 twin beds and a TV. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

This house includes central heating and air conditioning, full size washer/dryer, parking for at least 2 vehicles at the driveway and surrounding street. The garage also comes with beach chairs and toys.
