Located on the first floor, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, accompanied by a cozy sitting room with a sofa bed for additional guests. The Owner's suite offers a king bed, TV, and a generously sized private bathroom with both a shower and tub.
A well supplied kitchen, with additional dining area and a kitchen island with seating for 5, provide ample space for all.
A screened porch, spacious deck with grill, outdoor shower, and patio all provide the perfect outdoor living space for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The second level offers a versatile loft, acting as an additional bedroom/living area with couches, a TV, and two daybeds with trundles, and a double bed.
Bedroom #4 offers a queen sized bed and bedroom #5 has a pyramid bunk, twin over full. These two bedrooms share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. The sixth bedroom offers a king sized bed, complemented by a nearby hallway bathroom.
**The garage has additional refrigerator and a foosball table for guests to use.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel set per person.
This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, Boardwalk, shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available).
Guests may access a range of amenities by purchasing amenity passes, at the prevailing cost established by the Association. Passes are obtained at The Pavilion located inside the The Bear Trap Dunes Golf Community. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds.
