You'll love the spacious master bedroom and bathroom with double shower, designed to pamper guests. The upstairs area has an open kitchen, dining and living area, with gas fireplace, and that superb view. We provide all the modern conveniences to make your stay relaxing. Blue Sea is currently accepts pets free with advance approval,

WALKS and TRAILS:
Ocean City State Beach: This wide beach offers a great area to explore. Beach-comb, walk, jog or simply enjoy the fresh ocean air. Migratory birds may be viewed here.
Ocean Shores Beaches: The six mile long beach extends the length of Ocean Shores to the North Jetty and affords a wide expanse of flat beach that is designated a legal state highway.
Damon Point State Park: Once called Protection Island, the ocean has changed the area into a spit, and now is in the process of returning into an island. Plan your walk to start with the outgoing tide and return before the tide comes back in again.
Weatherwax Trail: Located in the center of Ocean Shores, along the west side of Duck Lake - the 121 acres of old growth forest surprises many visitors.

My family and I loved this place! Beautiful home, close to the beach, fenced yard for our fur babies, and they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled too. This home met all my expectations plus some. We will definitely be coming back.

Great house! Roy is on top of everything. The house is big, super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the deck is awesome. There are kites in the garage, a nice grill and the beach is super close. You can easily walk or drive if you want to park right on the beach. We left feeling so relaxed. The wifi was great as well. We will definitely go back. You'll be so comfortable here.

My husband and I were in need of some time away from the big city and came to Roy's place to relax. It was very comfortable and a great stay for families. Its a nice place but not too perfrct, so you felt right at home. It was comfortable to cook and relax. Everything you need was already there. The hot tub was perfect and very clean as well. My only request would be a little privacy boarder for the hot tub, as we had campers behind us and a house full next-door. Nothing to hide, but a little privacy would have been nice. Also, there were games, kites, a bbq...all the things you cpuld want for a nice time away.

Great Location for an Ocean Shores Getaway
If you're looking for a place to stay to explore Ocean Shores, this is the perfect location! The house is right next to the beach, just a short walk or drive and you are right in the water! We loved watching the ocean views from the patio, plus the hot tub was a nice relief after a long day. Plus it was fun to drive on the beach from downtown, all the way right up to the house! The house itself is huge, clean and well maintained, and there is everything you could possibly need and more to cook or do laundry. The host, Roy, was very communicative and friendly, making sure we got into the house okay and had everhthing we needed. We felt like if we had any issues, he would've been right there to help! This is a great house, i wish we could've had another day or two to try clamming with the provided equipment, or maybe take a couple of those kites out! Overall, we would love to come back!

been staying here many years- a few things-the large foosball table 3 men are not bolted to rods so that was unusable-the throw rugs upstairs are all curled up on the ends and are a tripping hazard-the half bathroom upstairs had no handsoap in bottle the BBQ ran for a short time and shut off I switched bottles even though it still had gas in it, the new one - same thing happened had to finish our meal on stove

There was mold on the windows and window screens also mold in the down stairs bathroom. In the kitchen a spider web and spider in the silverware drawer. Every cabinet was very dirty. We had to wash all silverware. Glasses, plates and pans. I will never stay their again. It was a nightmare. glass door was very hard to open. I do not recommend this place to stay especially with children. We were so excited to go to the beach for a great summer vacation. So sad it was so disappointing.

Great Stay at Blue Sea Beach House
The house was perfect for 4 adults! Kitchen had all the supplies we needed, we cooked a few dinners and breakfast in, and found everything we needed to cook. There were books, movies, games and puzzles. There is a deck that wraps around two sides of the house with seating and a hot tub (we did not use). The house is located pretty much on the beach access road to Ocean City Beach. Other reviews mentioned there is RV campground across street on front (east) side of house, and beach access parking lot with public bathroom on back (west), ocean side. Neither of these were a deterrent to staying at the Blue Sea property. The side and back of the property is completely fenced with fire pit, firewood, and chairs. There are peek a boo views of ocean. We were there to dig Razor clams and just to get away, the house was perfect for that! The house could use some minor maintenance, updating, and cleaning, but overall everything was clean, comfortable, and yes we would stay again!

Family Long Weekend
We spend 4 days/3 nights at this lovely home, (my husband, our 5 year-old and myself). The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The home accommodations were wonderful. We had a lovely time relaxing and exploring the area. Just a few items I would note for other people looking at this house: 1) The master bedroom is upstairs, and the two extra rooms are downstairs as is the home entrance. I didn't gather this from my review. I was not comfortable having our little girl sleep downstairs alone, near the entrance, so she had to stay with us. No biggie, just something I didn't expect. 2) There is a large parking lot just below the deck. I would assume that this lot is packed when the beach is not "drivable" which is April 15th thru Labor Day. 3) There are homes close by on each side. These are not complaints by any means, just heads-up to those looking to book this house :) Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us!!

Great beach house!
We had 5 adults, 1 kid, and 2 dogs. The owners were wonderful working with us. The downstairs had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the upstairs had a master suite, half bath, and main living spaces. The house was generally clean although it could use some minor updating. The house had a super short walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the sunset. It was a great weekend stay!

Ive lost trqck of how many times my family has stayed at this house, but each time it is absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect. The house is cozy and comfortable. Its the perfect place to have a wonderul relaxing getaway. The property manager is great! Easy to get in contact with if you need anything. Love this place so much!
