"Kayaks were great! Beach chairs were also perfect! We loved the swing and the entire outdoor deck space. The sunrise views were fantastic and we saw some dolphins pass by one morning. Items that could use some more attention: 1. Grill: We really wanted to grill and the grill does not have clear instructions and was very difficult to light. When it did light, a good strong wind would blow the flame out (even with the gas open up all the way). 2. Lights: The outdoor string lights look lovely, but they didn't ever work. 3. Smell: The unit had a odd smell when we moved in. Opening windows and getting air moving helped with that. 4. Information: Several keys were hanging there, but few were marked to allow us to understand how to use them and what they are for. 5. Pool: The pool is small and not very inviting. There is not much that can be done to improve this aspect. "

"We loved this place. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Right on the water. Saw 3 manatees and a bunch of fish. Went kayacking right from the place. Bonus fridge outside, nice deck area with dock. Mu husband spent many hours on the dock watching fish. Great drive to Key West, spent 2 days there. "

"We had the absolute best time here. The views, the wildlife, the seclusion, the location, it was all absolutely perfect. We saw numerous manatees and dolphins and saw the most gorgeous sunrises. It was also perfectly located if you are looking for somewhere that is quiet and secluded, but also near all the great restaurants in Key Largo. We loved it and plan to return next year!"

"First and foremost is the owner and property manager were absolutely wonderful. The best communication I've ever had at a rental. House is stunning, and the views are breath taking. Literally everything was perfect, and we will be back, and we will absolutely stay at this house again. It's the only place I would stay in the Florida Keys. "We REALLY enjoyed our stay! The property manager, Juan Carlos, was SO helpful and kind. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The greater property was so cool with that “Keys” vibe you can’t beat. Ate at Hobo’s cafe based on the provided guidebook suggestion and it was delicious. If we ever find ourselves down here again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thanks for everything! "

"My wife and I had a great time staying on Mark’s boat. The description is accurate, it’s a somewhat “roughing it” stay. This was a great stay, but would definitely be more enjoyable in cooler weather. The AC at night was a life saver, but during the day it was definitely hot. Sitting up top at night, feeling the breeze, hearing the water, and looking at the stars was wonderful though, and worth it. You definitely want some bug spray though.Mark was always quick to respond and help when needed."

"Simply put, we set out looking for an adventure and that is exactly what we got. Personally, I am of the persuasion that it behooves all humans to read the " fine print" I mentioned this because Mark does a phenomenal job regarding his disclosure on what to expect. My very first conversation with him prior to our arrival , clarified all I needed to know. During our talk we discussed how " nothing is perfect " neither him or myself. However, we were in agreement that in life there are indeed perfect moments. That said, we absofreakinglutely experienced some supercalafragilisticexpialidocios moments. To be specific, sunsets & sunrises from the Sas-Sea were breath taking. My suggestion is if you're considering doing this , that you keep in mind the old adage "To each thier own". Me & my partner love the outdoors, love camping . IMHO this is "Glamping" only on a boat. Boy/Girl Scout rules apply "BE PREPARED" & Better to have it and not need it than to need it & well lol be sh*t outta luck . Also , again as Mark clearly mentions on his listing PLEASE READ...If you're expecting the Hilton....then stay there. I feel It's really important that you're aware.of what this experience offers & what it doesn't. Knowledge is powerful & the only foolish questions (* are the ones.you choose not to ask) Call first, talk to Mark, prior to booking. This will save both the renter & rentee a lot of unnecessary grief. Again within minutes of speaking with Mark I knew we wouldn't be disappointed "
