It was actually even more beautiful in person than the listing shows it to be and the outdoor space was amazing to hang out and relax or eat breakfast. Sunrise was just gorgeous under the smaller tiki. Nestor has great communication and makes you feel welcome during your stay with prompt attentiveness to any needs. Do yourself a favor and just book this one. "

"We REALLY enjoyed our stay! The property manager, Juan Carlos, was SO helpful and kind. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The greater property was so cool with that “Keys” vibe you can’t beat. Ate at Hobo’s cafe based on the provided guidebook suggestion and it was delicious. If we ever find ourselves down here again, we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Thanks for everything! "

"This house was lovely and clean. The amenities in the kitchen were amazing. The weather was extremely hot so we did not get to fully enjoy the outdoor areas, but they were beautiful for looking out over the water. I would recommend this house!"

"Enjoyable stay & very responsive host. Clean and comfortable tiny home for our family of 4. Kayaks and paddleboards were perfect for mornings and evenings on the water! Tiki hut and gas grill were perfect for time outside… caught mangrove grunts, mangrove snapper, blue crab, and more. Be wary of mosquitoes and jellyfish. Washer and dryer and 1.5 half bath made it so convenient for us!"

"My wife and I had a great time staying on Mark’s boat. The description is accurate, it’s a somewhat “roughing it” stay. This was a great stay, but would definitely be more enjoyable in cooler weather. The AC at night was a life saver, but during the day it was definitely hot. Sitting up top at night, feeling the breeze, hearing the water, and looking at the stars was wonderful though, and worth it. You definitely want some bug spray though.Mark was always quick to respond and help when needed."

"Simply put, we set out looking for an adventure and that is exactly what we got. Personally, I am of the persuasion that it behooves all humans to read the " fine print" I mentioned this because Mark does a phenomenal job regarding his disclosure on what to expect. My very first conversation with him prior to our arrival , clarified all I needed to know. During our talk we discussed how " nothing is perfect " neither him or myself. However, we were in agreement that in life there are indeed perfect moments. That said, we absofreakinglutely experienced some supercalafragilisticexpialidocios moments. To be specific, sunsets & sunrises from the Sas-Sea were breath taking. My suggestion is if you're considering doing this , that you keep in mind the old adage "To each thier own". Me & my partner love the outdoors, love camping . IMHO this is "Glamping" only on a boat. Boy/Girl Scout rules apply "BE PREPARED" & Better to have it and not need it than to need it & well lol be sh*t outta luck . Also , again as Mark clearly mentions on his listing PLEASE READ...If you're expecting the Hilton....then stay there. I feel It's really important that you're aware.of what this experience offers & what it doesn't. Knowledge is powerful & the only foolish questions (* are the ones.you choose not to ask) Call first, talk to Mark, prior to booking. This will save both the renter & rentee a lot of unnecessary grief. Again within minutes of speaking with Mark I knew we wouldn't be disappointed "

"Mario was the perfect host. Upon arrival, he met us at the RV to show us around and to make sure we knew everything about the place and to answer any questions. I had to text him a couple of times and he answered right away. What more could one ask? He was warm, welcoming and professional. He went above and beyond as our host and I would give him a 10 out 10! The RV was clean, very well stocked and super cute. The tiki hut was great! Oh, also I had the best nights sleep in this RV. The bed was very comfy! That's important when you're renting a VRBO! You'll have no regrets renting from Mario! One of my favorites for sure!"
