"Everything was excellent. The one issue was the construction right outside our unit. I mean within feet of our entrance. upon arrival I requested to be moved but must have been too late because there was no response until the following day. We were told it would be quiet, wasn't. We were told 8am-5pm were the hours worked. Wasn't. Work was 7 am to pm,7pm every day we were there. They were within 10 ft of our bedroom window so consequently there was no sleeping in. Parking was not convenient...

"The big windows looking toward the ocean were filthy dirty, but everything else was very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, but the shower was quite nice. It would have been nice to know that there was no Keurig, but there was a drip coffee maker. A tall toilet would be a nice addition, but we managed. There were plenty of towels. The location was perfect."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It is so close to everything, including the arcade, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We never had to move our vehicles. The place is really clean and the balcony is really great to be able to use and watch the goings on on Main Street the kids also use the Balcony for extra playing area. This is a great place to stay and we will be staying again soon."

The swivel recliners were perfect for reading and snoozing in front of a large window with a fabulous view of the ocean. The weather was great, quite warm in the afternoons - we appreciated the window screens and screen door to the balcony for cooling the rooms. Some construction noise , but the bigger problem was that the main Bathroom shower was not usable , Tab was loose and leaking badly .We reported the problem on the fist Day , we where there for 14 Days ! and contacted Vacaasa every Day , got always an excuse and apology , but nobody came to even look at it ! we talked to the local Plumber at Day 10 and he looked at it and said it will take...

"My sister, niece, nephew and I stayed at this property for two nights. The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and the main road going through Long Beach. My nephew slept on the futon/couch; plenty of extra bedding was provided and he said it was comfortable. There was plenty of coffee, dish soap, toiletries, etc. "
